Dylan Dreyer

Dylan Marie Dreyer is an American TV meteorologist who works for NBC News. She is a weather reporter, and on weekends she rotates alongside Sheinelle Jones in the Orange Room on Weekend Today and MSNBC. Dreyer appears regularly as a weather analyst on Today weekdays and as a fill-in for Al Roker and Carson Daly. She works on both The Weather Channel and NBC Nightly News. Dreyer was born in Manalapan, New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in meteorology. WICU has hired Dreyer in Erie, Pennsylvania, WJAR in Providence, Rhode Island, and WHDH in Boston, Massachusetts. On February 9, 2013, Dreyer was in a car crash while on her way to cover a blizzard for The Today Show, she sustained a mild concussion. In addition to her meteorological responsibilities, Dreyer is the host of the NBC educational nature program Earth Odyssey with Dylan Dreyer broadcast on the NBC program block The More You Know.
