To be openly criticized out on Facebook, Tad as well as Whitney didn’t take too kindly. Each establishment has a reputation to protect, simply put. Tad was worried that perhaps the stance of Brittany had changed the perception of the entire thing, asserting on Brittany’s part that it was very inappropriate. She was immediately fired when Brittany showed up at the team meeting.

“She decided she wanted to post stuff on Facebook about being sent home. And we just made the business decision that we can’t have employees that aren’t going to make us look good as an establishment. We should be able to get along as a community. Everyone has different opinions, and I think it’s important that we know how to live with people that have different opinions than us,” Whitney said.
