Sean Connery’s Nice, France Home

In our opinion, Nice is one of the loveliest places in the world. In 1970, Sean Connery and Micheline Roquebrune purchased a house there. They had only gotten married when they started living in the “Sean Connery’s house.” They stayed there for quite a long time. Built-in 1928, the Belle Epoque style villa has five bedrooms, a spa, a gym, an indoor pool, a rooftop terrace, and gourmet kitchen facilities.

Sofia Vergara’s Beverly Park Home

In 2020, Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello purchased a second house in California. They bought the property from realtors who had yet to sell it a year into its sale. In 2002, the mansion in Beverly Park was bought by Barry Bonds of the MLB. He paid $8.7 million for it, only to sell it for $22 million in 2012. Seven years later, the property returned to the market at an asking price of $23 million. When the asking price climbed to $30 million in October 2020, the couple bought it for $26 million. It has seven bedrooms, ten-and-a-half bathrooms, and almost two acres of land.
