The house has eight bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a private theater, and a wine cellar. In the backyard, there is a pavilion, a lounge space, and an infinity pool. The master suite comes with a fireplace, a balcony, and two walk-in closets. She listed it with Matt and Josh Altman of Million Dollar Listing LA fame.

Reality TV star Kylie Jenner bought a house with seven bedrooms and fourteen bathrooms in Holmby Hills. This area is one of the richest neighborhoods in California. It was a steal when she bought it. In 2019, it was on the market for $55 million. In April of the same year, it went down to $45.95. In August, Kyle managed to buy it for only $36.5 million! Her new mansion now has 20 parking spaces.
