Three years later, she listed it at the asking price of $9 million. The price continued to go down. She initially reduced it to $7.5 million, only to drop it further to $5.5 million. Two years after initially listing it, she found a buyer at last.

In 2020, Pharrell put his mega-mansion up for sale. Fans were thrilled because it was an opportunity to look at his lifestyle. The house has ten bedrooms and resembles a tech company HQ more than a family home. However, this should not have come as a surprise since we talked about one of the coolest people in the music industry. The asking price was $16.95 million, but he had to tone it down to find a buyer. In October 2020, it attracted a potential buyer for $14 million. We will see how that plays out.
