Among other things, he added a private dock and a 17-car garage. The extensive renovations explain why its price has gone up. This is not necessarily a good thing. In 2018, he put it up on the market for $28 million. When no one bit, he took it down to $19.5 million in September 2020. Sadly, no one has snapped it up just yet.
