The singer listed it for $20 million in 2015. Three years after that, he lowered the price to $16 million and then to $11 million. Apparently, the musician is even throwing in the furniture to sweeten the deal. Still, no dice.

Many people would jump at the chance to live in their homes, but we don’t all have millions of dollars to spare. They listed a Brooklyn townhouse for $8 million in 2017. They only got it the year before that for $6 million. It is located in Park Slope, but it took them more than a year to find a buyer. In the end, they agreed to an offer of $6.5 million. They still made a profit, but it was smaller than they had in mind.
