We know that this looks like a joke, but we are not messing with you. For $10, you can buy this house! There is a reason no one has paid for it just yet. The historic home in New Jersey might be cheap, but you will have to shell out a lot of money. A FOX article explained that the buyer would be obligated to move house off the land! The town planning board okayed constructing a subdivision on the land, so you have no choice but to take it out of there. Good luck trying to take it elsewhere!

Schweppe Mansion – Lake Forest, Illinois

Also called Mayflower Place, the Schweppe Mansion has been listed for more than a decade now. It was originally a wedding present for Charles and Laura Schweppe from John G. Shedd, her father. He was the president of a big department store chain called Marshall Field & Co. After building the estate for his child and son-in-law, it entertained English and Swedish royalty in the ‘20s and ‘30s. Now worth $18 million, the mansion has a private beach, eleven fireplaces, and twelve bedrooms.
