In Port Townsend, you will find this Victorian house that looks like it came from a classic novel. Built-in 1889, it is painted a coral red and located atop a hill. The Ann Starrett Mansion is more than 5,800 sq. ft. big and comes with eleven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a great view of the bay. It had a brief stint as a boutique hotel, but that was ultimately shut down. No one wants to buy it for a million bucks, but there is little visitor appeal as well. It is said that the Starrett couple and former staff continue to “haunt” the place.

This estate is called the “Tri-Mansion” since there are essentially three homes in it. There is a mansion, a guest house, and an apartment on the 25-acre lot! Together, it is worth almost $50 million. If you buy the main mansion, you will also get the two other living spaces. We can’t help but wonder why no one has snapped it up just yet. It is just ten minutes away from downtown Dallas, home to many rich people.
