She seemed to have no clue who he really was or even what power he had at his fingertips; this was completely obvious. Without his uniform, he frequently figured strolling around was a great way of seeing what folks were really like. And it managed to prove this. To Baker, it really was fairly obvious that she’s not going to be talking to him like an older person. As bystanders began taking notice, he felt totally mistreated and mocked.

He began to look around at some of the ears and eyes that were paying him interest. As he came to realize, almost everybody in the restaurant has been staring at him, his face turned red. He didn’t even recognize anyone there, but he started wondering if some of the customers had identified him. They definitely wouldn’t even have assumed that a restaurant has the audacity to address him like this if they did.
