Baker saw where the employee got her behavior. He recognizes this is not really going to be fun and interesting. He ignored the demeaning accusation that he’s the reason for such ridiculous lines and tried to explain to her about what had actually occurred as well as how the issue he observes in her establishment must be fixed by management.
