To go with it, there has been an increase of 252% in teaching staff. Even though it is less than the turnover for paralegals or childcare workers, teachers have an equal turnover rate as police officers. Even though they do not get a high salary, the average retirement age is still 59.

It is interesting to see that the number of men in the profession has gone up by 26%. The number for women, on the other hand, is 52%. Even though it is different among the grades, we should see 8 female teachers out of ten by 2050 if the trend continues to go like this.
