Eric Braeden, born Hans-Jorg Gudegast, is well-known as the owner of a long-standing American soap, Young And The Restless. His son, Christian Gudegast, chose not to take his father’s TV name, but to get into the film business, also as a screenwriter and not as an actress. Gudegast Junior received the Best Student Film of the Year prize on his road to graduation at the UCLA Film School in 1992. In his early career, he worked in rap films, but he had a hand in several big Hollywood screenplays, such as London Has Collapsed, A Man Separated, and Den Of Robbers.
