He died in their union after 13 months, engaged in an inheritance dispute for the duration of her life. Her son died at the age of 20 in 2006, just three days after her daughter Dannielynn was born. Smith later died of opioid poisoning the next year. It’s a shame she didn’t see how much her 13-year-old daughter looks like.
