In January 2016, Angelina Jolie talked about what it was like to give birth to Shiloh in Africa. Apparently, this inspired her to do more humanitarian activities! According to her, she found out that she needed to get a C-section when she got to the hospital. She was shocked to find out that they did not have an ultrasound machine in the building. Despite this, the hospital was run by qualified people.

The siblings are rarely seen without their famous parents, but it looks like they were by themselves when this was taken. We are sure that their bodyguard was nearby, however.
