When the Old House television team restored the Nathaniel Page, nearly 300 years old, house owned by Joe and Becky Titlow, Bob Phillips took his hobby to the Bedford area in Massachusetts for a mechanical engineering and metal detection project. Phillips, 50, has been hunting treasures for ten years at different locations in New England. It was most likely in the 1800s that this silver-plated pin was developed.
