The reason for their success was mostly due to being located in small towns with zero competition. However, despite its long-running success, the store filed for bankruptcy last year and was then sold and liquidated. Amazon was one of the reasons for its downfall.

While they filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy however, people living in Pennsylvania, Vermont, and NY can still enjoy the chain for now, as most of their stores will remain open in the states.
