There was another theory that popped up. It revolved around a man called Vincent Astor. He was the son of a wealthy socialite called John Jacob Astor IV, who died aboard the Titanic. It is said that Oak Island is the resting place of the Ark of the Covenant. A lot of people were fascinated by this theory.
