The Halston Penthouse – Manhattan, New York
Roy Halston Frowick was the designer and original owner of the Halston penthouse on the Upper East Side. In the ‘70s, it was a hit party location. Even though many famous guests used to frequent it, there is not much interest in acquiring it. In 2011, the home was listed for $38 million. The price has since gone down to $24 million. The designer is best known for his minimalist style, which is evident in the penthouse. This was often the location of Studio 54 afterparties. Architect Paul Rudolph helped Halston create it. He was the same mind behind the Yale Art & Architecture Building!

Mediterranean Mansion – Beverly Hills, California
Called the “Palazzo di Amore,” this mansion is an over-the-top luxury house in Beverly Hills, California. Did you know that this place has the most celebrities in any city in America? The mansion is 43,000 sq. ft. and has 23 bathrooms, 12 bedrooms, and a huge wine cellar. It also has an entertainment complex, a waterfall, a pool, and a garden. We can’t help but wonder why no one has scooped it up just yet. There was a time when it used to be the most expensive home in the nation. Real estate mogul Jeff Greene is now looking for a buyer after buying it for $35 million. In 2017, it went up to $129 million. Whoa.
