Joey Lawrence’s Mansion – Encino, California

Best known for starring in Blossom, Joey Lawrence purchased a Spanish mansion in Encino, California, around two decades ago. He first put it up for sale in 2010 at an asking price of $3.2 million. It has six bedrooms, nine-and-a-half bathrooms, several saunas, a master suite, and a movie theater. At one point, the asking price was only $2.3 million. So that you know, he bought it for $1.2 million in 1994. In 2016, he relisted it for $2.249. We are sad to report that his luck has not yet turned around.

Matt Lauer’s Waterfront Estate – The Hamptons, New York

In 2019, NBC anchor Matt Lauer put his waterfront estate up for sale for $65 million. He bought it for $36.8 million from Richard Gere. This is not the only property that the journalist is selling. He has also listed Strongheart Manor in North Haven, New York! The price for that one is $44.8 million. It is a lovely pace with a pond, a bridge, a deep-water dock, a tea house, and a private beach. The estate comes with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The difficulty of selling it has to do with the scandals about his career. A real estate company called Corcoran even took it out of the website after word got out in 2017.
