Anyone who has watched the show can tell you that Jen is passionate about certain causes. It is not hard for us to imagine her leading a political party and campaigning all over the country! While she has not yet done anything of this sort on a big scale, she was once seen in Washington. Over there, she talked about issues that were close to her heart. There was also a time when she talked about budget cuts for a cause that she was very passionate about. We are glad to see that she is using her platform wisely!

Jen Survived A Very Rare Kind Of Cancer
In 2013, she was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer. This was already rare enough on its own, but what made it even more unusual was that she has dwarfism. Her cholangiocarcinoma developed from a failed pregnancy. It took shape in the cells that should have been the placenta of the baby. If you watched the seventh season of the show, you probably know all about her recovery and treatment. While she was going through remission, the doctors had to keep a close eye on her. After all, most recurrences took place within 18 months. We are glad to say that Jen remains cancer-free in 2020!
