Some might say that the police should have already booked someone for destroying the rocks since there are names carved on sandstone. However, things are not that simple. The Yorkshire police believe the suspects must be people that live close to the Brimham Rocks. The idea does make sense because the culprits were able to escape unseen. However, would a local really do such a thing? Most of the time, locals take pride in the local scenery. Do you think it is possible someone from around the area did the crime? Nevertheless, the community’s reaction to seeing this is definitely understandable.
