Fredrik Thordendal
A Swedish musician named Fredrik Thordendal is most known for being the lead guitarist and backup singer for the extreme metal group Meshuggah, of which he is a founding member. Together with Marten Hagström, the rhythm guitarist for Meshuggah, Thordendal was listed among the top 100 greatest heavy metal guitarists of all time by Guitar World.

Chicago blues guitarist and singer Hubert Charles Sumlin was renowned for his “torn, broken explosions of notes, unexpected cliff-top silences, and daring rhythmic suspensions.” He played in Howlin’ Wolf’s group. Throughout his career, he had a huge and well-regarded impact on the music industry. In Rolling Stone’s list of the “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time,” Sumlin came in at number 43.
