Even though they only called the police about it, word soon got out anyway. It did not take long before just about everyone in their town joined them by the stream to see what was going on. Sadly, the bystanders nor the police knew what it could be. The cops could not come up with a rational explanation for this object and were just as puzzled as the others there. Luckily, Jose and Reina brought their dog along. The pup showed everyone that he was a good and helpful boy!

When they let go of the dog and let him go to the water, he saw something important. He began to sniff all over the area and then moved closer to the mysterious object.
