Mel Brooks was called an EGOT, which meant Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony award winner. Before pursuing acting, his career started as a comedian. One of the famous pieces he worked on was The Producers, a Broadway musical. His son followed his example and pursued his acting career.
