The passengers became upset when they realized they had been kept in the dark about such a hazardous situation. They appreciated how quickly the situation was resolved, though. Everyone was safely removed off the aircraft, and everyone engaged was given counseling. Lena experienced feelings of both pride and sadness for what she had accomplished.
