You’ve probably seen your dog run in circles, chasing their tail. It’s very common and is a sign of playfulness. However, if your dog does this excessively, it could signify behavioral or health issues. A dog chewing on their tail could also mean anal gland issues or allergies. It might also be a sign of OCD.

Licking
It’s not uncommon for dogs to lick, of course. They do so to show their affection. A dog licking you is just like it telling you they love you. In addition, dogs also like to taste the minerals and nutrients found in your skin. All the same, it’s good to know that intense licking can be corrected by proper training.
