When Sean Connery finally said goodbye to the role of Agent 007, he tried his hand at something new. To be specific, he played Zed in a bizarre sci-fi flick called Zardoz. The actor had to wear a barely-there bright red fabric, which was then paired with boots that reached his thighs. You might be surprised to hear that this was not an issue for Connery. When director John Boorman was asked about it by Vulture, he explained that he just told the temperamental Hollywood star, “This is what you’ve got. This is what you’re going to wear.” According to him, there was “never any argument” about it either.
