As a matter of fact, the viewers did not approve of her revealing outfit even though she was playing a character who lived in the jungle. When she passed away in 1998, people talked about the infamous Jane outfit. “It started such a furor,” the Chicago Tribune quoted the actress. “Letters started coming in. It added up to thousands of women objecting to my costume. In those days, they took those things seriously.”

The team behind this movie dropped the ball a bit in terms of designing a costume for Emma Frost. The character is known for her skimpy and sexy outfits in the comics. In X-Men: First Class, January Jones was given coats, lingerie, and capes as she brought the character to life. On the bright side, the star liked this pretty outlandish outfit. In 2011, Jones spoke to MTV and revealed, “I have a lot of very interesting costumes in that movie. There’s nothing like a cape that makes you feel really tough.” Critics were not impressed by her outfits nor the performance that the actress delivered in the movie.
