Monty Python And The Holy Grail (1975)
The popular British comedy group has done a fantastic job of delivering countless laughs in the past. However, this is the one that made it as popular as it now is! This funny take on the search for the Holy Grail makes for a fun experience. The fanbase of the film just keeps growing with the passage of time. It might have something to do with the way that Graham Chapman played King Arthur. The film also benefitted from the presence of John Cleese and Eric Idle, who played Lancelot and Robin respectively.
Airplane! (1980)
We had a hard time ranking the most hilarious films we have ever seen, but we believe that this movie deserves the top spot! Airplane! still holds up even though it has been 40 years since its release. This was the result of a collaboration between Jim Abrahams and the Zucker brothers. Slapstick comedy does not get any better than this! The movie makes fun of disaster films, particularly a movie called Airport 1975. It is easy to call its humor easy and senseless, but it does an amazing job of providing good yet harmless fun. We also really enjoyed the cameo featuring Kareem Abdul-Jabbar of Los Angeles Lakers fame.
