Martin and Helen Scorsee had been with each other for more than two decades. Helen was already the fifth wife of Martin, and the two of them got married in 1999. The two of them had a daughter, and they named her Francesca. She appeared in The Aviator and The Departed. Martin had been married to several leading heroines such as Isabella Rossellini and Julia Cameron. The two of them managed to stay out of the spotlight even though Martin was one of Hollywood’s most famous filmmakers.

Sam Elliott and Katherine Ross were with each other for more than three decades. The two of them first met way back in 1969. Katharine was filming for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid together with Paul Newman and Robert Redford. Sam had a small role back then, so it was not until almost a decade when the two of them reconnected for a horror film that was titled The Legacy. The two of them started to date in 1978, and they had gotten married in 1984. Even though this was the fifth marriage of Katharine Ross, she was lucky to find the one finally. In an interview, Sam Elliott said, “you’ve got to work at it [marriage].”
