Johnson was sworn in on Air Force One while it was parked at Love Field in Dallas. On the left is Lady Bird Johnson and Jacqueline Kennedy. The FBI and cabinet members are watching. The patient’s facial expressions reveal how much anxiety and tension had been in the air.
