At the start, she was a tense young woman, but after she got comfortable in the course of the summer, she loosened up and showed her real personality. In the high school days, Matt was why all the band instruments were sprayed with pepper spray. Elyse told the principal what Matt did, and as for punishment, he was with Elyse in the band camp. They later began to date each other.
